I'm a Montreal native and the owner of HomeWatch MTL. I know these neighbourhoods, these streets, and exactly what our winters do to a vacant home. This isn't a franchise or a call centre — it's me, personally making sure your property is protected while you're away.

Our default service is exterior-only. No keys required. No one enters your home. No interior photos. For most homeowners this is exactly what they want — your home stays your home. Interior access is available as a $20/month add-on with your written authorization, and revocable at any time.

My wife works alongside me on the business. She brings a background in psychology and a deep sense of discretion to every client interaction — and she serves our Spanish-speaking neighbours in their own language. Together we cover French, English, and Spanish across Montreal.
